X. RIGHT OF THE WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

1. Consumer who purchased the product, except as otherwise specifically provided for or referred to in this agreement, shall be entitled, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the day of conclusion of the agreement. 2. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. The right to cancel the order and withdraw from the contract shall not be entitled to the Customer, if the performance has begun with the consumer?s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal. With the moment you start to download the file, which contains purchased product you loose the right to withdraw from the contract and to refund.
4. In case of cancellation of the contract and withdrawal from the agreement before downloading the purchased product started, if the withdrawal occurred within 14 days from the date of the contract, Store will refund in accordance with the principles described in section XI. REFUND OF CHARGES.
