[UPDATE] EF4 Joomla framework 4.9.6 version released

EF4 Framework for Joomla templates has been updated. The latest 4.9.6 version comes with one improvement.

Bug fix

We've made one fix:

  • Prevent Chrome from translating positions' names in Layout Builder 

The Chrome browser allows users to translate page content. When a user was in the backend of a page in Layout Builder and had translation enabled, the names of the items in the Layout builder were translated, but after saving the template parameters, the previous items disappeared and the modules were not displayed on the page.

The introduced fix causes Chrome browser not to translate the item names in the Layout builder.
