Templates for Joomla 3.x updated.

We've just updated all our templates for Joomla 3.x
There was also EF3 framework modified so remember to reinstall the EF3 Framework plugin as well.

We've introduced few small fixes or small modifications that have been reported recently but the main change relates to layout schemes that were rebuilt. Now the content column is always first displayed in the source what favourably affects the site optimalization.

Secondly we've added the new option to the framewrok - disable/enable responsive layout option since many customers ask us how to disable the responsive layout. Previously it needed the code modification, now it's enough to disable the option at the template back end.
